I am so pleased we found DANCE 4 FUN! Informal but the children learn some fantastic routines without the pressure and most importantly it’s fun!! I also feel my daughter is in the best of care when she is with Elodie and Sophia. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they really are true professionals!! Including Kevin who is also there for any questions and I think represents the company so well. Good old fashioned face to face service is what a lot of us have missed and Kevin is always on hand when you need him at reception and also the teachers if you want to chat through anything. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere for their children to have fun, learn a lot and make friends AND it’s excellent value for money.

“My 3 year old daughter loves her Saturday morning dance class. She’s made new friends and found a love for dance, ballet and new music. She looks forward to the class every week and can’t wait to show her family the new dance moves she has learnt. It’s building her confidence too. Would highly recommend!”

Hey Sarah. Just had to message to say what a fantastic week Hannah has had doing Grease. She has absolutely loved every minute and come home full of excitement. I’m so grateful to all the teachers for giving them such a special week and an experience I’m sure she’ll never forget. It is the first time Hannah has done a summer school so she was pretty nervous but they did a wonderful job of making her feel comfortable and pushing her out of her comfort zone. The performance was brilliant and all the children were so brave. Thank you, she will certainly be doing a workshop again next summer xx –  2021 Holiday Workshops

Dapa has made and shaped me into the performer I am today. I would not be where I am now without it. Dapa has given me countless opportunities that have helped me grow as a performer such as, performing shows in professional theatres, working with professionals from the industry, and many musical workshops. Dapa has provided me with intense professional training which has now made me feel confident when approaching my journey to become a performer in the outside world. I am eternally grateful for Sarah’s encouragement and constant support motivating me and pushing me to succeed. All the teachers at Dapa have been amazing! – Lucas Brind

All the DAPA teachers have inspired me to pursue musical theatre as a career, as they consistently work to help us improve . Joining vocational really gave me the determination and drive that I needed, with all my classes now being fast paced and challenging , drastically improving my pick up. Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure her students progress, by inviting professionals to teach us and organising workshops for us and I cannot thank her enough for all her dedication to us outside of lessons. I have gained so much knowledge and wisdom about the industry through Sarah and all my other teachers. DAPA has fully prepared me for my new life at college and my journey to the industry.

I am so grateful for my time at DAPA, I have made amazing friends and have learnt so much about performing. Being at Dapa has given me the opportunity to explore my interests and be creative, and has helped me to decide where I want to be in the future! I will never forget my time here, it’s been a fantastic journey. Thankyou!

“I joined DAPA at the age of 13 with no previous formal dance training. I studied ballet, tap, modern, musical theatre, Irish and street dance and quickly realised that performing was the career for me. With expert training, and fantastic support and encouragement from Sarah, just four years later I got full scholarship to Performer’s College in Essex. I was named graduate of the year in 2014 and on leaving college I joined the cast of the UK tour of ‘Top Hat’, realising my dream of performing on stage every day.”
Thomas Inge – Cast Member – “Top Hat” UK National Tour 2014

“I started Ballet at DAPA when I was four years old and immediately wanted to join the Tap, Modern, Street, Irish, Musical Theatre, Singing classes. I thrived on all the variety of dances and challenges these lessons all gave me. Throughout my 12 years at DAPA I was provided with continued support and encouragement from Sarah and her team which helped me to audition for Dance College feeling positive and confident. Now I start my new journey at Millennium Performing Arts College to follow my dreams, something I could never of done without DAPA.”

“As a young girl I danced at DAPA enjoying many different classes and making some great friends. The dance school has always had a great atmosphere and has had many successful students going on to be professional performers. There are many choices of classes and opportunities for progression. I chose DAPA for my daughter as I want her to have fun and enjoy performing, to make new friends and feel supported by teachers and other students. The encouragement these children and young adults give each other during shows is amazing, the shows are fantastic and the standard of teaching is proven in the great results. My daughter has been going since she was two and is now five she is so happy at DAPA I’m sure she will continue to go for many more years.”
Micha Brandy – Mum to Lulu

“We’re new to the area but found DAPA a great way to introduce our son to the local community. The ladies who teach are always loving and patient; which is my requirement and fun for my son, which is his requirement. Well done DAPA.”

Feedback for July 2016 Graduation Show:
Just wanted to say thanks to you for all your hard work with Carrie and organising the show. I thought it was great and the girls all did you proud. Carrie was delighted with her trophy and thoroughly enjoyed herself on stage.

Hi Sarah just to say what a fabulous show last night was! The dancers were all superb and the arrangements were all really well put together. You made sure there was time and opportunity for everyone to have their moment, which was just fantastic. I know Vivien was thrilled to be part of it and was inspired by all of it. Also I thought Warwick Davies a perfect role model to inspire and prove you don’t have to conform to a particular body shape in order to succeed. Thank you!

To Sarah Thank you so much for a truly wonderful show. The girls had such a wonderful experience. We are so grateful for all the extremely hard work that you have put into DAPA and the graduation show. It’s truly a joy so see so many talented children inspired by you. What a delight to see Warwick so kind of him to make an appearance and a real testament to your immense talents. Thank you again Sarah.
