Acro Classes
DAPA offer Acro classes are two levels – Junior Acro and Senior Acro. These classes encourage the students to be flexible and strong. They also learn gymnastic and acrobatic moves.
This exercise-based class is essential for building the strength and flexibility of students who wish to take dancing to an advanced level. It also caters for those students who wish to improve their posture and fitness.
